Work begins at Harvest House

IMG_0323Lead abatement, new siding & new windows on deck for homeless family shelter

Harvest House, operated by Yamhill Community Action Partnership, is the only family shelter in Yamhill county and is in dire need of exterior work.  Justin Hovey with Water Bear Restoration will be our HBF Builder Captain and the work will include a lead abatement, new siding and new windows.

Masco Corporation Foundation provided a $6,000 grant to HBF for this project and HBF made an additional $5,000 cash donation to kick off this worthwhile project.

We couldn’t do the work we do in the community without the help of fantastic companies like these who have already signed on to donate and discount labor and materials, and given cash to support the project!
