Bidders put competition aside to support HBF during the paddle raise

After a successful virtual event in 2020, the 24th Annual Building Hope Gala & Auction presented by California Closets is coming back to the luxurious Nines Hotel in downtown Portland on Saturday, April 10th.

The Building Hope Gala & Auction is an elegant evening of fundraising for the Home Builders Foundation. This event draws the who’s who of the residential home building industry, bringing over 400 generous supporters together each year to celebrate and raise funds for the HBF’s shelter projects.

How can  you get involved?

Serve on the Auction Committee. The Auction Committee meets monthly on the second Wednesday of the month at 1:00pm. The Auction Committee is tasked with setting the tone of the event, helping with event promotion, securing sponsorships and donations, and providing input on decisions regarding the event, its budget and its goals. Guests always dress “to The Nines”!

Donate goods, services, gift certificates, or tickets to sporting events. This event depends on the donation of both live and silent auction items from generous individuals and companies. To donate, contact Kyle Ellerbe.
