This project with Portland Homeless Family Solutions will add beds for 26 families in need. The renovation of this campus in Lents features a 15,000 SF former church sanctuary with a detached 8 unit apartment complex that will soon be the new headquarters for PHFS’s Family First campaign, where they provide transitional housing with an emphasis on placing families in permanent affordable housing as soon as possible.
