Rudy Kadlub to serve as HBF Honorary Auction Chair
Next year marks the 20th anniversary of the Home Builders Foundation, and one of several ways we are recognizing this milestone is to have one of our founders, Rudy Kadlub, serve as the Honorary Chairperson of our 2017 Building Hope Gala and Auction.
As then President of the Home Builders Association in 1997, Rudy devised the idea of creating a way for the HBA members to give back to the community in a focused, coordinated, and meaningful way. He also wanted to make sure that the public and elected officials understood what a positive impact the HBA was having on making our community a better place to live through its charitable efforts. Thus, the Home Builders Foundation was born. Rudy went on to serve on the Foundation’s board for many years, including serving as its Board President, and later as an Honorary Board Member.We are excited to have Rudy return to a leadership position as our auction Honorary Chairperson as we celebrate this landmark anniversary with our generous donors.For more information on how to get involved with the 2017 Building Hope Gala & Auction, contact Nicole.
