Any Door Place Remodel

Each shelter project HBF completes involves hundreds of hours of work, and the generosity of the community. First, our nonprofit partners reach out to see if HBF can help repair, remodel, or build a facility to help people in need. Then, we begin recruiting members of the building community. Some offer to lead a project as a Builder Captain. Others donate their labor. Some give discounts, or donate materials. Typically, this collaborative approach allows HBF to save service providers between 30-70% of what it would normally cost for the work.

Each year, we have many people to thank for their help. To everyone on our 2023 roster, we cannot thank you enough!
